Based in Ontario, Canada, Therapeutic Monitoring Systems Inc. is a privately funded healthcare informatics company developing innovative clinical decision support software to improve patient outcomes in critical care medicine. Founded by Dr. Andrew Seely, an ICU physician and scientist at The Ottawa Hospital and the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute, TMS raised it first round of financing in late 2007.
